The current patron saint is the same as the one of the oldest church in Zawady. The church was transferred to Cibory-Kołaczki together with a wooden bell tower, which complements the building architecture-wise.
This Baroque church stands out due to its massive structure without a tower. Sacristies were added on both sides and the roof is decorated with a ridge turret. This wooden building has a log structure. It is interesting to note the formwork made of vertical boards and the beautiful portal of the entrance door. You can see the church from the outside only and the inside on Sundays during service.
Those who manage to go there on the day when the church is open, will be able to admire a three-nave interior – so characteristic for basilicas – ornamental polychromies and three altars. The main altar holds a painting of Our Lady of the Rosary.
Art historians also pay attention to the Neo-Manneristic pulpit. Unfortunately, the main door to the church does not have a window or even a keyhole through which you could look inside on a day other than Sunday.
